I know we all appreciate the brevity(?) of the proven-by-science high-intensity circuit training routine called the "7-Minute Workout" from a couple of years ago (made more famous by The New York Times).
Personally, it has been a joy to know that a relatively doable, simple routine (that you can do virtually anywhere), if repeated diligently, can help me reap amazing results over time.
(If you don't already know, this routine aims to give one the maximum results in the minimum amount of time with just one's body weight. How cool is that!)
